Our world, and the employment and business landscape has changed.
We know that many employees who could 'work from home' were forced to do that during COVID. More recently, they have had to navigate being re-introduced into the office. This has created new emotional and mental struggles for our teams based around uncertainty, change and fear. Some employees have a sense of being forced back into a work environment that was from “yesteryear”, and they are experiencing frustration around having their worklife routines disrupted...agian. Meet Ashley Bennallack
Founder & Training Lead
Who is Ash?
Ash is a highly motivated business owner with a passion for working with people and seeing them thrive.
As a trainer, speaker and coach Ash works with ambitious business owners, executives and their teams, to protect their mental health and optimize their resilience and performance. This is achieved with a focus on wellbeing and ultimately creating thriving psychologically safe workplaces.
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world he was a “super star”, heading up successful marketing teams, opening franchises and working as a resilience trainer in one of Australia’s leading banks.
He eventually ventured into the world of his own business and although successful realised that being a “super star” in the corporate world meant nothing when you are your own boss and your money is on the line every day.
With his experience, empathy and understanding Ash brings “real life experience to the real world”.

Ash is NOT a psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor.
He is NOT a business coach, life coach or executive coach.
He is NOT mental health first aid trainer, mental health advocate or influencer.

Ash has trained mental fitness, resilience, and performance mindset skills with over 1,000 clients in the last 10 years. This training has been done in-person and online and with various client groups including micro and small business, large corporations, community organisations, schools and professional athletes.

He trains peer-reviewed, evidence backed content under license from two global leaders in the industry – ‘Be Well Co’ and ‘The Michelle McQuaid Group’.
He trains this content and provides tools and frameworks that are backed by rigorous research and used by the world’s largest organisations including GOOGLE, IBM, XERO, KPMG and many more.

He doesn’t make up his own programs, sprinkle in his own stories and examples and then charge exorbitant prices to re-brand and regurgitate the wisdom of others.

When Ash is not sharing his passion, you are likely to find him being 'Dad's Taxi' for his 3 sports crazy kids, spending time in the gym, looking after his fancy goldfish, or running his exlusive mens health and cycling retreats in some of the most beautiful regions in Australia.
