In its simplest form wellbeing is our ability to feel good and function effectively as we navigate the natural highs and lows we all experience. The good news is that, effectively caring for your personal wellbeing can be simple. You are already acting and experimenting with different ways to look after your wellbeing, even if you aren't mindful about it. By introducing the PERMAH framework into your wellbeing toolkit, you could assess how you're doing and, using your personalised Wellbeing Plan, you can put in place strategic, evidence based adjustments to care for your wellbeing in real time. In this 5 week course, Ash will take you through the 6 pillars of your wellbeing, help you to understand your PERMAH Survey resuts in detail and work with you on a personalised wellbeing plan that you can implement and review on a regular basis.
