How Does It Work?

Our INSPIRED INDIVIDUALS courses provide the proven benefits of small group training, with additional support network and community building opportunities that are often hard to find for time poor business owners and leaders.

Your first step is always to take the FREE PERMAH Wellbeing Survey so that you have an understanding of your current wellbeing. Then, depending on your level of commitment, time available and resources at hand, you can choose one of our courses and get started OR book a call with Ash to discuss your options.

In our public workshops, you will join a small group of like minded people. You will learn the theory, practice the skills, and receive the tips, tricks and resources you need to build your personalised wellbeing and mental fitness plan.

All of our online training sessions can be delivered live via ZOOM or in-person.

NOTE: We prefer in-person delivery and so we run regular live, in-person courses throughout the year. We recognise that for some, an ONLINE option is going to work best, and so we also offer ONLINE delivery of our courses 🙂.
